ABOUT PIPEFIELD GROUP OF COMPANIES
The origins of Pipefield Group can be traced back to Pipe Distributors, established by Mr. P Bhaskaran back in 1982. The Group, at present, is a professionally managed consortium of seven associate companies that range from car dealerships to manufacturing units with a turnover of over Rs. 400 crores.
Our Founder, Mr. P Bhaskaran’s vision and business acumen have been vital in the growth of our companies. Respected by his peers and competitors alike, he has played a significant role and held key positions in various business organizations such as the President of Kerala Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ernakulum Merchants Union, Pipe Dealers Association and Kerala Sports Council.
Mr. Ajith Bhaskar joined Pipefiled while he was still a student and worked his way up the ranks. After completing his MBA, he joined the business fulltime as a junior director. Besides carrying forward his father’s vision, Mr. Ajith has been instrumental in updating and implementing new and improved business practices that have increased efficiency and accountability across the board.
The growth of Pipefield Group was sedate, yet steady. Diverse and allied businesses were added to the fold as opportunities arose. From wholesale metal pipe trade, we forayed into the distribution of premium roofing sheets and went on to set up a manufacturing unit for the same. Car dealerships and a second manufacturing unit were set up under the Pipefiled Group within the last decade.
Forging lasting relationships with our vendors and customers have earned us the respect and trust of our peers and clientele, alike. Straddling domains as varied as manufacturing, distribution, dealerships, wholesale and retail trade, the reputation is built on teamwork and unshakable work ethics.
